As COVID-19 continues to spread we’ve all experienced change and stress in our lives. Social distancing is a term many of us had never heard of, but are now using multiple times a day. Races have been cancelled as well as our usual outlets for stress like gyms, fitness studios and group runs. And this weekend, I have two opportunities to do so: tomorrow at Yoga on the Avenue and Sunday at Mind Tribe’s Vinyasa Tribe. Here are five reasons why I love practicing outdoors and why you might, too!

Flowin’ in Nashville

Music City is usually known for its country twang and as a major bachelorette party destination, but on my most recent visit I decided to explore something new — the yoga scene. Thanks to my husband’s family (and some fun girl’s trips) I’ve been to Nashville quite a few times, and I love it! It’s
