I’m a RRCA-certified run coach and I’d love to help you reach your goals! From completing your first 5K to qualifying for Boston, I work with runners of all levels to create custom programming that fits into your life. As a certified yoga teacher, I also like to integrate yoga for runners into my programs and make the practice accessible for everyone.
