Global Running Day is this Wednesday which means it’s our chance as runners to celebrate our sport far and wide! Whether you live in Houston or across the globe, there are tons of opportunities to get out and run. And, since running is something you can do anywhere and everywhere, I hope you will!

Running is a sport that changed my life. It has given me access to results that I never knew were possible, introduced me to incredible people, and created a special bond between my dad and I. Every race I run, gives me a source of inspiration and I’m truly grateful that I discovered the sport.

If you live in Houston, celebrating is easy! Join me at my Global Running Day Run in Memorial City. We’ll start in front of Revolution Studio Memorial City at 5:30pm, run to lululemon CityCentre and finish back at Revolution Studio just in time for my 6:30pm class!  If mine doesn’t work for your schedule, check the graphic below for details on all the other group runs throughout the city led by my fellow Houston Marathon Ambassadors!
