Yoga Classes

As a ERYT-200 yoga instructor, I currently offer virtual instruction via Zoom. My areas of expertise include the following:

  • Vinyasa 101 — perfect for new yogis looking to build the basics and familiarize themselves with pose names prior to taking studio classes
  • Yoga for Runners — poses and postures designed to help runners and athletes prevent injury and improve performance
  • Power Flow — Vinyasa sequencing designed to build strength and power from the inside out
  • Restorative Yoga — a meditative class focusing on relaxing the body and mind
